Procore Specialist

Prime System Solutions is seeking a motivated and tech‑savvy Procore Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with our company. Experience with API integrations or a desire to develop skills in that area is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding and offboarding, as well as troubleshooting user‑related problems and integration‑related errors
• Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects
• Assist with updating and creating SOP documentation, setting up and updating training within Talent LMS including updating PowerPoint documents and recorded trainings
• Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS identifying areas of non‑compliance
• Field an internal Jira queue to ass...
