Procurement Analyst (Ciudad Apodaca)

Location: Apodaca Plant, Reciente León, México (On-site)

Company: Lear Corporation – Tier 1 automotive supplier covering global automotive manufacturing.

• Ensure supply continuity in accordance with company policies and requirements.
• Supervise timely delivery of raw material to production lines, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels based on demand forecasting.
• Monitor and evaluate potential supply disruptions, escalates risks and reports to the supply chain team.
• Support new project procurement activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, International Relations, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
