Role Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for keeping a record of vendors and previous prices

Responsible for taking quotation from reputed vendors for material and negotiating for best rates

Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery timelines and negotiating contracts

Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records

Maintaining good relations with suppliers and negotiating contracts

Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers

Preparation of budgets and cost analyses and reports for both prospective projects for Sales Team and ongoing / awarded projects for Projects Team

Preparation of SOPs for despatch of material from vendors till delivery to customer

Maintenance and handling of warranty related documents and filing of all procurement information
