Procurement Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Milele is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Procurement Executive to support our growing operations and infrastructure requirements across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong procurement experience, excellent vendor management skills and the ability to coordinate fit-out, renovation and operational procurement projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotations, negotiations and purchase coordination
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Coordinate procurement for office fit-outs, renovation projects, and infrastructure requirements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to support cost-effective procurement decisions
