We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services to support daily operations.
Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance
Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and optimal value for the company
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and timelines
Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
