Procurement Manager - Hauts-de-France - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Procurement Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming french location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:

Manage tenders for direct procurement of equipment including bidders list development, tender receipt, evaluation, and management of engineering consultant/ general contractors’ technical evaluations through to selection

Negotiate contracts to procure equipment for construction projects including delivery lead times that meet project schedules

Provide input into cost management and project budget management

Expediting and delivery management of directly procured equipment
