Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure reliable supply, competitive pricing, and high-quality materials for an industrial manufacturing organization.
Kelowna, BC based role - open to relocation for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, components, and industrial supplies.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers domestically and internationally.

Lead RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance

Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.

Work closely with logistics and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
