Procurement Projects Administrator

• Operational procurement including SAP data maintenance, order processing, deadline tracking, and invoice verification
• Procurement of components, materials, investments, and services including quotation analysis and negotiations for aircraft and simulator projects
• Ensuring material availability through deadline monitoring and escalation management
• Processing quality notifications, supplier change requests, and problem reports
• Responsibility for coordinating all operational procurement‑related processes within the project team
• Participation in projects to optimize procurement processes as well as conducting market analyses

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical basic education with further training in procurement
