Skills and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, permissions, profiles, and data maintenance.

Provide first-line assistance for application issues and escalations as necessary.

Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate Salesforce changes, upgrades, and integrations with service providers.
