Product Data Analyst

Job description

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Product Data Analyst to help harness data to improve service performance and customer experience.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to analyze vehicle and trip data, build scalable data models, and deliver actionable insights that shape the product roadmap and enhance the end-to-end rider experience.

The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with large datasets to drive measurable product impact.

As a Product Data Analyst, you'll:

Use SQL and Python to clean, process, and transform large datasets into analytics-ready data models.

Analyze vehicle performance and rider experience data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
