The Role

You believe design isn‘t just how things look — it‘s how things work. You respect the grid, cringe at half-pixel icons, and care deeply about craft. But you also know that great design lives in the real world — sometimes shipping and iterating beats waiting for perfection. You want to own design end to end, from research to a live, breathing product.

What You‘ll Do

• Talk to users, understand their journeys, and let real behavior — not assumptions — guide your design decisions.
• Build and evolve the design system so the product stays consistent and scalable as it grows.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Business to turn messy, complex problems into simple, delightful experiences.
• Have a seat at the table during ideation and prioritization, not just execute, but shape what gets built and why.
