Product Designer

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 Canadian banking client, sitting out of Chicago. The successful candidate will focus on a range of digital customer experiences.

 • User Research & Analysis
  ○ Conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand customer needs.
  ○ Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
 • Wireframing & Prototyping
  ○ Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
  ○ Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
 • Design System & Development Collaboration
  ○ Work within established design systems and contribute to their evolution.
  ○ Collaborate with developers to ensure consistency across platforms (web, iOS, Android).
 • Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  ○ Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with product managers, developers, and QA ...
