Role Description

Support product manager to manage HQ’s product development requests locally, maintain product information as well as manage local Lab, realizing company realizing product success.
1. NPR projects/activities local leading according to HQ new product development plan;
Be responsible for coordinating projects and relevant activities to implement new ZEISS products, validate product performances through testing, in cooperation with local Engineering team;
Be responsible for new ZEISS product introduction/development activities by defining needed capacity allocation for industrialization, cooperating with functional teams for various activities (like new equipment and fixtures manufacturing), managing various sample tests with the local LAB support, managing all needed documentation. Additionally, he/she will work with the Global Technology Center (GTC) to share new product validation test plan and status, as well as provide suggestion accordingly;
