Product Development Manager

Job Summary

The Product Development Manager (PDM) drives the commercial success, profitability, and market viability of all products. The PDM ensures that product development initiatives are anchored on revenue generation, customer demand, and competitive positioning.

The PDM owns the decision on whether a product will sell and generate profit by leveraging market research, Voice of the Customer (VOC), sales insights, and business intelligence.

The role works closely with R&D, ensuring only commercially viable and scalable products move forward.
