Product Engineer I - 10906

Key ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing activities for assigned products throughout prototype, pilot, and production phases.Serve as the main contact for customer documentation updates and internal engineering change orders.Participate in new customer development and support new business opportunities.Analyze line return data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions for process issues.Perform product‐level FMEAs and ensure manufacturability through engineering drawing and DFX reviews.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.Evaluate and qualify new processes, materials, and manufacturing equipment.Lead internal and external corrective action plans and collaborate with cross‐functional teams.Maintain compliance with certifications including ISO****, ISO*****, ANSIESDS *****, IPC, etc.Support organizational KPI achievement and establish measurable objectives aligned with site goals.Perform other duties as assigned to support de...
