Product Engineer – Wood Handling

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Product Engineer to strengthen our Wood Handling team. In this role you will act as the global expert for the Screening and Biomass Handling product portfolio, overseeing the lifecycle from concept through design, development, and delivery to meet quality standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical lifecycle of the screening and biomass portfolio, incorporating feedback into the work process to guide continuous improvement and design practices.
• Lead or execute layout design, basic and detailed engineering phases using SolidWorks, ensuring technical quality and compliance with Valmet guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align technical solutions with customer expectations, supporting value proposition development and participating in customer meetings.
