In this role, you will work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and global engineering teams to take products from concept through high‑volume production, ensuring robust designs, manufacturability, and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible engineering position offering strong technical exposure, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to directly impact next‑generation technology used by hyperscale and enterprise customers.

What You Will Do

• Support the design and development of mechanical components for high‑speed connectors and cable systems.
• Act as a technical bridge between product design and manufacturing during new product introductions.
• Review new product concepts and provide design for manufacturability (DFM) and feasibility feedback.
