RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES

• Product Discovery & Solution Definition - Lead product discovery by identifying and defining high-impact opportunities across TrustBridge’s cross-border giving and financial platform. Translate business, regulatory, and customer needs into scalable product solutions, leveraging deep experience in fintech applications (blockchain experience is a plus). Drive alignment on problem definition, solution approach, and product direction with cross-functional stakeholders. Expected Outcome: Clearly defined product solutions that are technically feasible, compliant, and aligned with real-world financial and cross-border giving use cases, with strong stakeholder alignment and measurable business impact.
