Product Lifecycle Project Manager

**Meet the Team:**

Cisco Silicon One™ is redefining networking silicon and setting new industry standards. We are seeking a Production Program Manager (Production PLPM) to join our team in Taiwan to lead the sustaining phase of our silicon products. In this role, you will support the product lifecycle from post-production ramp through End of Life (EOL). You will execute yield optimization, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), second-source assembly/test qualifications, and ensuring operational continuity for our global customer base.

**Your Impact:**

+ **Early Production Engagement:** Engage early during the pre-production ramp phase to influence design for manufacturability and ensure a seamless, well-documented transition from NPI to the mass production sustaining stage.
