What you‘ll own

• Define and drive the product roadmap for our core AI platform — from agent configuration and escalation workflows to the operations dashboard used by practice managers every day.
• Translate clinical and operational complexity into clear, buildable specs. You‘ll work directly with practices to understand how they operate, where they break, and what they need.
