What you will enjoy doing

• Own portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle and key decisions on prioritisation, allocation and rationalisation
• Manage refrigerant portfolios within quota and regulatory constraints
• Support sales and customers on technical and commercial decisions
• Work with operations and supply chain to manage supply risks and continuity
• Ensure products are managed safely, compliantly and responsibly
• Translate regulatory and market changes into clear business actions
• Develop practical guidance to help teams execute consistently
