Role Description

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics to join our Product Management team! This product manager will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities that deepen and leverage the value of Blackbaud's data. They will focus on evolving the fundraising portfolio as well as voyaging into non-fundraising focus areas. We're looking for someone with their eyes on the horizon - someone who's able to lay out a big idea and has the drive to make it happen. They will be the link between vertical market groups, Centers of Excellence, and our data and application engineering teams. They must understand how to balance customer needs with the needs of the business, demonstrating financial acumen and prudent decision-making.
