Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of our banking platform, defining product strategy, managing the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features
• Work with engineering and design to deliver product increments
• Gather and analyze user feedback and market insights
• Coordinate with compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
• Track product KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or banking
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with product analytics tools
• Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus
