Role Summary

The Product Owner / Product Manager is responsible for defining product direction, researching business and user needs, prioritising features, and ensuring the final product delivers strong business value and a high-quality user experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Research market needs, competitors, user expectations, and best practices.
• Convert business goals into clear product requirements and user journeys.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and delivery impact.
• Work with UI/UX to define flows, wireframes, and acceptance expectations.
• Work with CTO and development team to confirm feasibility and delivery approach.
• Review delivered features from a business, user experience, and quality perspective.
