Job Overview Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate a modernization roadmap that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Own, manage, and optimize the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance in nuclear operations.

Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, including engineering, IT, operations, and regulatory bodies, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.

Work closely with stakeholders to manage competing demands, ensuring that business priorities are effectively balanced and aligned with available resources.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPls) to measure the success of initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
