The Product Specialist at Molex plays a critical role in supporting the Power and Signal Business Unit (PSBU) and the High‑Power portfolio by combining deep product knowledge with strong customer and sales engagement.

Our Team

The Product Specialist Team focuses on resolving technical queries from customers by providing accurate, timely, and value‑driven product guidance. The team works closely with Sales and Product Management to create value‑added solutions that address customer application needs and design challenges.

In addition to technical support, the team actively identifies opportunities to up‑sell and cross‑sell relevant products from the PSBU portfolio. Through deep product knowledge and customer engagement, the team supports revenue growth while strengthening customer trust and long‑term partnerships.
