Product Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures legacy data decline is actively managed through proactive retention strategies and structured migration to next‑gen solutions (SD‑WAN).
• Owns and executes churn mitigation strategies for legacy data services — Leased Line, MPLS — covering the ₱2.4B portfolio.
• Identifies at‑risk accounts using consumption, billing, and engagement signals.
• Executes targeted retention interventions and migration playbooks.
• Partners with Sales to deliver migration conversations to the customer base.
• Reports monthly on churn trends, save rates, and migration progress.

TECHNICAL

• Legacy data services — Leased Line, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay.
• SD‑WAN as migration target — productization, commercial structures, transition methodology.
• Retention program design — playbooks, save offers, executive engagement.
