Workcloselywithproductmanagers,developers,andQAengineerstoensureswiftresolutionofreportedissues.
Maintainup-to-dateknowledgeoftheproduct’sfeatures,functionalities,andupdates.
ContributetothecreationandmaintenanceofFAQs,userguides,andtrainingmaterials.
Shareinsightsandbestpracticeswiththesupportteamtoimproveoverallefficiency.
