Role Overview

Lead and manage all manufacturing operations at the artificial grass plant in Portugal, ensuring high efficiency, quality, cost control and plant stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Full operational ownership: manage tufting, coating and fusing activities, workforce planning, shift leaders and maintenance coordination.
• Performance & KPI management: own and report core production KPIs such as SQM/H per loom, total plant productivity, second‑choice metrics, downtime, labour cost, energy consumption and material usage.
• Root‑cause analysis of production issues and implementation of corrective actions.
• Cost & margin control: monitor BOM compliance, reduce change‑over losses, optimise energy use and improve labour productivity.
