Role Description

Our client is a well-known manufacturer of chemical products and instruments.
Responsibilities
Developing/Designing processes (DMAIC), procedures, systems, equipment, tooling, fixtures, cell layout standardization, manufacturing flow, and workplace ergonomics.
Leading the standardization and implementation of equipment productivity metrics (OEE, KPIs), creating technical reports of production lines (daily, monthly, etc.), and integrating 6S and Lean.
Ensuring product and process quality meets specifications required, problem-solving on non-conformances, including corrective/preventive action.
Performing cost or benefit analysis to determine the return on investment (ROI) of capital expenditures and project initiatives. 
Responding to breakdowns, diagnostic repair, and maintenance activities.
Investigating production problems, organizing engineering experiments for cost saving, and Continuous Improvement activities.
