Production Manager

An Innovative Electronics Manufacturer based in Warwickshire are looking for a Production Manager with a manufacturing background to join the team.

As Production Manager you will lead the production and testing of power‑electronics systems, ensuring every unit meets specification, follows defined processes, and is fully documented. Alongside hands‑on assembly and test work, you'll manage a small team of technicians, introduce and refine production processes, plan and communicate build schedules, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Wiring & Loom Assembly – assembling wiring looms, crimping, and ensuring high‑quality electrical connections
• Mechanical Assembly – building mechanical sub‑assemblies to specification
• Electrical System Testing – carrying out system tests; experience with high‑voltage systems is an advantage
