Job Summary

The Production Manager – NPI is responsible for leading the successful introduction of new electronic products into manufacturing, from NPI builds (POC, proto, EVT and DVT) through mass production. This role ensures production readiness, cross‑functional alignment, and achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
