Production Operator (Syrup Room)

About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established and respected Food & Beverage manufacturer, seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join their team.

This is a casual role with 12-hour shifts worked on a 24/7 rotating roster over a 28‑day cycle. You must be available for both day (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and night (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) shifts, including weekends and public holidays (penalty rates apply).
 
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare batches by following internal recipes and procedures
• Pick, weigh, and measure ingredients
• Perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking items weighing up to 20–25 kg throughout the shift
