Position overview

allnex is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our leading Gelcoat manufacturing team in Wacol, Brisbane. In this role, you will support the chemical blending operation for the safe manufacture or high-performance coatings used across maritime, aquatic and industrial applications through blending, packing, and material handling activities.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys practical, physical work, takes pride in quality, safety, and wants to build a long term career within a global manufacturing business. You’ll receive structured training, work within a supportive team environment, and have the opportunities to progress into senior operator or leadership roles as the business continues to grow.
