Production Planning & Control Associate

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare production schedule.
• Tracks the availability of WIP, raw materials and other requirements.
• Analyze production capacity.
• Monitor the execution of production schedule and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.
• Investigate nonconformance to On Time and In Full delivery commitment, analyze root cause and provide solutions.
• Analyze master file on delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Material Planner and other Production Planner on the availability of raw materials and WIP.
• Recommends process improvement.
• Coordinate and resolve with Sales counterpart all delivery status and issues encountered.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
