Production Superintendent

Your Job

Based in Molex Malaysia (Perai, Penang), this role is responsible for leading and managing all material handling activities across the plant, including the Packing department. You will ensure accurate and timely material flow to support production and on‑time shipment, while driving inventory accuracy, optimizing operations, managing workforce and cost, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Team

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across the plant, including Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, Procurement, Finance, HR, and EH&S to align material flow and packing operations with business needs. You will also collaborate with external partners such as logistics providers, 3PLs, and suppliers to ensure seamless material movement and packaging compliance.
