As our new Production Supervisor, you will lead the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations. You will be directly responsible for ensuring our products are built safely and efficiently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead and manage production lines to achieve daily output and quality targets.
+ Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams on equipment reliability and process standards.
+ Drive continuous improvement in safety protocols and waste reduction using Lean methodologies.
