Production Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTION

The Production Supervisor oversees shift operations to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance. Collaborates with co-supervisors in planning, organizing, and monitoring production activities to meet company objectives and KPIs. Promotes continuous improvement, lean practices, and initiatives that support organizational growth and sustainability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To supervise assigned shift effectively to deliver required quality and delivery commitments at the least possible cost.
2. To work together, and continually coordinate with co-supervisor on production planning, organizing, reporting, and controlling functions.
