Production Supervisor

Calamba City, Laguna | Full Time | Engineering

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensures conformity of operations with established Work Instructions (WI), Guidelines (GL), and HACCP plans.
• Oversees daily production activities and manpower supervision.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and compliance with GMP standards.
• Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course or Food Technology.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• With background in GMP, Food Safety, Quality Management, and leadership trainings.
