PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 DOE + Benefits
Shift Pattern: Rotating Early & Late Shifts (Monday–Friday)

We are supporting a leading healthcare manufacturing organisation in their search for two Production Supervisors to join their growing production team.

Due to increased production volumes and continued business growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to take ownership of production operations within a regulated cleanroom environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational KPIs are achieved while leading and developing high-performing teams.
