Production Supervisor

Basic Function

Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, located in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an Afternoon Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Team Leader Warehouse and Packaging Operations, the Afternoon Shift Production Supervisor plays a key role in directing the overall packaging operations in a safe, reliable, efficient and environmentally responsible manner.

Job Duties

Ensure a safe working environment is maintained while managing safety performance

Manage shift workflow in the packaging operations to ensure continued operations as planned with shift supervision.

Supervise the hourly workforce on shift including performance management and capability development, scheduling and effective administration of the collective bargaining agreement (unionized occupational workforce)

Monitor and manage key business and performance measures for the area team
