Summary

The Production Leader-Supervisor (National Mobility Program) is a leadership role designed to build a pipeline of qualified production leaders to support Wonderbrands manufacturing facilities outside Ontario.

Reporting to the Shift Leader and Operations Leader, the Leader-Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership on the production floor, ensures production schedules are met safely and efficiently, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires mandatory geographic mobility . Successful candidates will complete structured training at a Wonderbrands GTA facility and, following qualification, will be assigned to a Wonderbrands location outside of Ontario based on business needs.
