Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Our Hamilton Kent ,Toronto Plant is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor. The shifts are from Sunday to Thursday nightshift, from 11 pm to 7 am.

The position is responsible for ensuring fabrication, injection and compression molded parts are of the highest quality while using the most cost effective methods to maximize productivity outputs. Directly responsible for the supervision of fabrication, injection and compression molding while verifying procedures, and monitoring costs and assisting maintenance manager with purchasing spares. Leads and coordinates production activities directed at continuous improvement. These activities are to be conducted while ensuring and maximizing safety, product quality, production output, housekeeping and cost control to achieve plant goals.
