Our manufacturing site in Venlo is looking for a Production Supervisor (4-shift pattern). This role is crucial for leading and inspiring our production team to achieve our goals and maintain a high-performance work environment. You will work closely with other Supervisors to ensure we meet our targets in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

What You Will Do

Lead and coordinate the daily production on your shift, including planning team schedules and breaks

Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring the team consistently hits and exceeds targets

Commit to developing your team by training team members, providing constructive feedback, and conducting regular performance reviews
