Production Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a unionized environment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supervising hourly employees and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

This role will also play a key part in our Health & Safety Committee, helping to drive compliance and continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production employees in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.

Ensure all production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.

Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Actively participate in and contribute to the Health & Safety Committee, identifying and addressing potential hazards and supporting safety initiatives.
