Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a Capital Markets or Investment Banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong L2/L3 production support expertise, experience with Salesforce and related banking applications, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong focus on automation, monitoring, and system stability.
