The Program Director is responsible for managing the program objectives, introducing the business capabilities, ensuring the realization of forecast benefits according to plan and tracking the contribution of each. Responsible for program/project/non-project work to consolidated program outcomes, and to communicate to the stakeholders regarding performance and issues.

What you will do

• Define the execution strategy and scope for program assignments for customer contracts
• Coordinate, implement, and control all aspects of the program and project portfolio, including overall financial responsibility, planning, establishment, governance, and reporting
• Identify and implement project delivery performance improvements, contributing to lower lead-time to value
