The position would be assisting the elderly community with financial struggles and employment opportunities. Under the direction of the Chief Program Officer, The Program Director is responsible for the overall management of the employment program assisting senior citizens in Sheldon, IA area. The Program Director is also responsible for representing the Organization’s mission and all of their programs to the public.
