Program Manager 2

**In this Role, You Will Focus On:**

+ Build long-term customer partnerships through trust and delivery excellence.
+ Planning and managing end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
+ Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
+ Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
+ Managing budgets, resource allocation, and cost control (EAC management)
+ Identifying project risks and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans
+ Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
+ Ensuring timely communication through status reports, dashboards, and meetings
+ Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvals
+ Ensuring adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements
