Program Manager, APAC DSP Partner Experience Team

At Amazon, we are committed to improving the experience, sustainability, and operational success of our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network. The APAC DSP Partner Experience team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic programs and initiatives in Japan, while also supporting selected regional efforts in Australia.

This role will primarily focus on initiatives aligned with the team’s safety charter, representing approximately 60–70% of the role’s scope. In addition, the role will support broader DSP and driver experience programs aimed at improving partner engagement, operational performance, and delivery associate experience.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with business, operations, product, safety, and partner teams to drive scalable programs, improve mechanisms, and deliver measurable business impact.
